Buying Wholesale Organic Coffee

When you have your own coffee shop or you're selling your own brand of coffee there will come a time when your customer start asking whether you have organic coffee. And while you're looking for wholesale organic coffee seller to fulfill your customer's new demand you might get deterred with the high price of organic compared to the ordinary coffee beans. Well you shouldn't worry about the price because your customer is bound to have known that already and willing to pay more for the organic coffee you'll be offering.

Your focus now should be finding the best wholesale dealers that can provide you the wholesale organic coffee demanded by your customer. Which one can give you the best price, service and most importantly a guarantee that their product is truly organic.

So How Do You Find These Wholesale Organic Coffee Dealers?

You could use any search engines to find a wholesaler and you will end up with a list of hundreds of them. So how do you find out which one is the right choice for your business? Well the following checklist might help you a bit :

1. Check out their website carefully and look for their contact information, address, phone/fax number. Make sure you actually call their number ( if it's a regular fixed connection instead of cell phone number). It's important to be sure that the wholesale dealer is legit.

2. Check out what coffee beans are they using. Arabica, Robusta or a mixed of both. If their website doesn't say it there's a chance that they're using a mix to keep their price down. If that is what your customer want then it's okay for you to do business with them but if your customer specifically asked for Arabica coffee beans then you must only buy wholesale organic coffee from dealers that use Arabica only.

3. Do they offer custom blend with your own custom label? Of course you could blend and package the beans yourself but if the wholesaler offers this service at a justified cost then go for it. If all the processing are done in one place then your organic coffee blend should be much more fresher.

4. Check on the internet if there has been any scam related to the organic coffee wholesaler you choose. How to check for scam? Easy, go to your favorite search engine, enter the seller's domain name followed by the word 'scam'. For example if the seller's website is www.example.com you enter the following as the search keyword: "example.com scam" (with or without the quotes). You may need to click on some of the search result to see the details and to make sure that the scam is related to that seller.

Final note. When buying wholesale organic coffee the internet is your friend. However you need to practice those on the list above to make sure your doing business with the right wholesaler.
