Question : Looking for a good grinding coffee maker
I'm looking for a coffee maker that grinds and brews. Cuisinart has some, but their reviews are kind of poor. Does anyone have a good one that has lasted and that works well My fiance has a Cuisinart one, but it's already starting to mess up after 3 years. Durability is pretty bad for a machine that cost over $1000. Any ideasSorry. It cost $150 I'm not that rich (I wish I were though)

I have the Cuisinart digital grind and brew, with the silver carafe. It is wonderful and the 180.00 I paid is well worth it. I still have mine 6 years later.

Question : What is the best "grind and brew" automatic coffee maker
I'm looking for an automatic "Grind and Brew" coffee maker with a timer. This type of coffee maker automatically grinds whole beans and brews the coffee for you based on timer settings. There are a few on the market from Cuisinart and Capresso, but not many reviews out there. Can anyone either recommend one or warn me about ones that don't work very well

I have a Cuisinart Automatic Grind & Brew Thermal and it works quite well for me. I add the water and place the beans in the grinder and program it to go off right b4 I get up. It shuts off with 5 beeps when the coffee is finished and stays hot to warm for a few hours.The only thing is that, sometimes, I have to use the grinder twice to make sure all of the beans are ground down (I guess I like a STRONG cup of coffee).I found the coffee maker a liquidator shop and paid $77 for it.
