Just cut it out, personalize and attach to the jar. Fun to make and affordable, gifts in a jar make great gifts for neighbors, teachers and friends!

Great for teachers!
We made a dozen Friendship Brownies for my daughters (3 1/2) teachers for Christmas and they loved them! My daughter loved layering the white and brown chocolate chips the best. We cut out fabric circles for the tops, and I made our own recipe tags on the computer instead of using the ones included. They turned out very cute!
Not only was it something inexpensive to give but my daughter could help out as well. My only advice would be to mash things down a bit as you go...we got to the end and the last big ingredient overflowed the jar otherwise.
Great little book!

Any one have a recommendation or on line referance? I understand popcorn poppers (hot air) will work and best to use one with side vents. any suggestion on brand or where to obtain. I would love to have the name of a good/inexpensive grinder as well. Thanks!

I mean Roaster's Coffee Haven (cappuccino or iced coffee). Or just like the average cappuccino or iced coffee.
Answer:
Coffee itself has ZERO calories. If you drink plain black coffee, it doesn't matter which roast, it has ZERO calories. The only calories in coffee come from milk, cream, sugar or whatever else people add to it. I personally just like my coffee with a single creamer which gives it about 20 calories. I hate sugar in my coffee. Cappucino, espresso, or iced coffee also have zero calories if taken black.
