Best Dark Roast for the Price

I have tried several other dark roast products for my Senseo. While the others are also quite good, I have come back to this product for the long term. The Douwe Egberts Dark Roast has been consistently good and I use it every day. The fact that it costs less then the other dark roasts I have tried is an added bonus.

Makes a good cup of coffee

My wife has one of the one cup coffee makers. I used to make fun of her for the one cup thing but you know; sometimes I only want one cup too! The Senseo pods have good flavor. I'd rate them a 5 star but if you use only one pod the coffee is a little bit weak for my taste. Unlike the french vanilla flavor it's fairly easy to find the decaff in the stores but buying them on Amazon in the pack of 6 was still cheaper, especially with the automatic re-order discount.

Besides loving Senseo coffee (we use decaf) the convenience of subscribing and recieving product automatically is great. It couldn't be easier.

Coffee pods are no substitute for a Starbucks

I like the other coffees senseo makes. The decaf is not as full bodied as the medium caffinated brew. I got a bit spoiled by the dark brew.

Tastes awful

I tried the Senseo brand decaf because it was a great price on a Friday sale. Unfortunately, it turned out to be an expensive purchase because after trying two cups, I can't drink anymore of this coffee. It tastes horrible! Maybe it was just my batch but it had a very chemical taste to it.

The coffee itself was good, however to make a true "mug" of coffee you need to use at least 2 pods for each small mug. If you are going to have one cup of coffee, or once in a while, it's just the thing. Howevever, it gets expensive for coffee everyday at home.

Great coffee, best price anywhere for pods via Subscribe & Save

This coffee is getting hard to find at Target and Walmart - though I don't know why. The price via Subscribe and Save is the best I've found, and it's wonderful having it delivered (in fancy boxes, I must add) to our door on a delivery schedule we choose. Highly recommend both the coffee and the S&S program to receive it. Free shipping!

I have two Phillips coffee pod makers and prefer to order my Senseo pods from Amazon rather than buy from the local markets because of the no shipping charges and great prices on the sets of coffee pods Amazon offers.

Senseo Dark Roast Coffee Pods

I have used this product for some time.However, not all grocery stores carry it.When I saw the add on Amazon.com's
e-mail I decided to send for it. The product came in very quickly and I was pleased with the service. A big plus is the fact that it is cheaper than when I purchased it at the store. I am going to have it sent to me every 2 months (which I think is a great idea) and I can just cross it off my regular grocery list.

Great coffee. Amazon used to be the best price, howver lately Target and Walmart offer better "deals". I continue to use Amazon as they have a good subscriber serice and this way we have the same quantity shipped every month.

I have been enjoying Senseo coffee for many years.

I appreciate being able to purchase it through Amazon and am pleased with the promptness of the delivery.

not as good as other premium pods I use.

I use a Grindmaster OPOD brewer. These pods contain less coffee than other pods I've used(Fratello, Juan Valdez, Community). I like a stronger cup of coffee. This yeilds a smooth cup of coffee, but lighter than I prefer.

excellent coffee and nice to have variety

I am a big fan of the Senseo coffee maker and their pods. The Senseo makes better coffee with crema than I can get at any coffee shop in the USA including Pete's and Starbucks which don't even try. Most of the coffee selections are very good with only one that is a bit lacking in aroma and flavor but that is a personal judgment and others might light different ones more or maybe less.

A low risk product that is bound to please anyone that like the regular Senseo dark roast coffee.

I love the "Days Dawn" Senseo coffee pods. All of the varieties are great, and I especially like being able to make a great latte at home with the espresso pods.

Great tasting coffee

This package contains some of the best tasting coffee which I have consumed. However, a word of warning; don't drink it at bedtime. I thought I had a high resistance to caffeine, but these coffees excedd this resistance level. Consider a decaffeinated blend for bedtime drinks.
